The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) oversees interscholastic athletics across Ohio, promoting fair competition, sportsmanship, and student achievement. Chippewa Athletics proudly follows OHSAA guidelines to ensure our student-athletes compete safely, equitably, and at the highest level of integrity.

Northeast District Athletic Board (NEDAB)

The Northeast District Athletic Board (NEDAB) supports the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) by organizing and conducting interscholastic athletic tournaments across Northeast Ohio. Comprised of nine elected members, including representatives for AAA, AA, and A schools, as well as ethnic minority, female, and 7th/8th grade representatives, the NEDAB ensures fair and effective tournament management. Part-time secretary and treasurer roles assist the Board’s operations, and members are elected by Northeast Ohio schools.
