Chippewa Local Schools now uses PaySchools to simplify managing school-related payments and accounts. With PaySchools, families can pay school fees, manage student meal accounts, purchase event tickets, and apply for free and reduced meals—all in one place.

Hazel Harvey School Fees

For the 2024-2025 school year, school fees are $45.00 per student. Fees are due before the end of the 1st nine weeks, and unpaid fees will result in your student’s report card being held.

Payment Options

  • Make checks payable to Hazel Harvey.
  • Include your child’s name and teacher on the envelope for accurate processing.
• Online via PaySchools:
  • Log in to PaySchools to securely pay school fees online.

Please ensure payments are submitted on time to avoid delays with report cards.

Chippewa Intermediate School Fees

For the 2024-2025 school year, school fees are $45.00 per student. Fees are due before the end of the 1st nine weeks, and unpaid fees will result in your student’s report card being held.

Jr./Sr. High School Fees

For the 2024-2025 school year, school fees are as follows:

• 7th grade fee: $45.00
• 8th grade fee: $45.00
• 9th grade fee: $45.00
• 10th grade fee: $45.00
• 11th grade fee: $45.00 (unless attending Career Center full-time)
• 12th grade fee: $45.00 (unless attending Career Center full-time)
• 12th grade graduation fee: $25.00 (covers diplomas, diploma covers, breakfast, etc.)

All fees include students enrolled in the Chippewa Virtual Learning Academy.

Important Notes:

• All school fees must be paid before participation in school activities such as sports, plays, field trips, dances, prom, etc.
• Seniors must pay all fees before graduation.
• This year’s fees are due by September 6, 2024.

Payment Options for School Fees:

Parking and Chromebook Fees

• Senior painted parking spot: $40 (requires completion of the Student Parking Permit Application below before you submit your payment).
• Other parking permit: $10 (requires completion of the Student Parking Permit Application below before you submit your payment).
• Chromebook fee: $10 (for students in grades 9–12 who do not have their own device; requires completion of the Chromebook Loan Agreement below before you submit your payment).

Payment Options for Parking and Chromebook Fees:

  • Submit payments directly to the school office.

Please ensure all fees are paid on time to avoid restrictions on school activities or graduation delays.

Sr. HS Yearbook Information for 2024-2025

• Presale Ends: September 27, 2024
• Final Order Deadline: May 23, 2025
• Purchase Online: Click in the Jostens link below to secure your yearbook.

Note: There is no guarantee of extra yearbooks, so be sure to place your order before the deadline!

Senior Photos:

• Deadline: March 7, 2025
• Submission Options:
  • Email: jostrauss@chippewaschools.org
  • Flash Drive or Hard Copy: Submit directly to Mr. Strauss.

If a senior photo is not submitted, the school photo or a photo taken by school staff will be used. There are no strict criteria for poses or attire, as long as it is school-appropriate.

Senior Ads:

• Cost: $30 (includes a photo and message).
• Details: Ads are 1/8 page (business card size). Messages might include congratulatory notes like “Congratulations! Love, Mom and Dad.”
• Submission Deadline: March 7, 2025
• Submission Instructions: Place the check (payable to Chippewa High School), photo, and message in an envelope and turn it in to Mr. Strauss.
• Limited Space: Ads are first-come, first-served due to space constraints.

Senior Baby Photos:

• Optional Submission Deadline: March 7, 2025
• Submission Instructions: Submit hard copies with the student’s name written on the back to Mr. Strauss. Photos will be scanned and returned by the end of the school year.
